Where do you ship to?

We ship from our South African distribution centre. All SA orders will be sent via ground shipping using The Courier Guy.  Shipping and collection options are available on the checkout page, and rates are calculated based on your location before you checkout. We do also ship internationally. Contact us to make arrangements for overseas orders.

What are your policies on Refund, Returns & Cancellations?

Due to the terms and conditions of sales with our suppliers as well as the unique nature of our custom items, we have a no refunds or returns policy.

Refunds will only be offered to clients for whom Blu Robin is unable to complete an order.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments using PayFast. You can find out more about PayFast here.

How long does it take you to dispatch my order?

For products in stock, your parcel will be dispatched the Monday after payment is received. If your order is received late on a Monday it will be sent the Monday thereafter (unless otherwise agreed).

For custom orders, shipping date will be provided on the quote.

We make use of a third party delivery company – the Courier Guy – to deliver your parcel.

What is your shipping policy?

We courier every Monday using The Courier Guy.

If your order is received later than 13:00 on a Monday it will be sent the Monday thereafter (unless otherwise agreed).

Shipping takes 1 – 3 business days from the day we courier.

Please consider the above when purchasing gifts.

We send your tracking number on the day your parcel is shipped.

Once the parcel leaves us, it is your responsibility to track it daily and submit any queries to The Courier Guy directly.

If you have not received your order within 4 working days of the parcel being shipped, it is your responsibility to follow up with your tracking number.

Making a payment confirms that you agree and understand the above and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that we will take all necessary precautions when packaging your order to ensure contents arrive safely. We cannot be held responsible for any damages during transit due to third party handling.

You will be offered insurance on your parcel at an additional cost on checkout.

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we will send your tracking number on the day your parcel is shipped.
